Wailua Falls are located just before Haleakala National Park MAUI Hawaii. It is a very popular waterfall along the Hana Hwy and the water drops about 200-feet down a cliff that is surrounded by a lush green environment. Note - There is another Wailua Falls on Kauai. Those falls are very different but also very popular.

I've photographed these falls from a trickle to a torrent and I just can't seem to get a better shot than this 35 mm film exposure. I have seen better captures of it..So.. I'll still keep trying for better light... But these film photos have a reality that just can't be duplicated.. I think. Thanks so much Jane
