Artist's Description
I captured this image of the commissioning of the USS Harry S. Tuman on 7-21-1998. I was very lucky to get on board the Spirit of Norfolk cruise to get this capture.Then president, Bill Clinton was on board the carrier for the ceremony, therefore making security very tight.
